Second grade wheat flour for bread making TM “Grana” is much darker than premium and first grade flour – it contains a large number of bran particles. However, products made from such flour contain more protein, vitamins, minerals and are distinguished by a bright taste and rich bread aroma. Second grade flour is used mainly for baking table breads and unleavened flour products.
